I am a wife, mom of two kids, entrepreneur, dietitian, and group fitness instructor. I love anything and everything health, wellness, and fitness related. Originally from New Jersey and moved to Arizona for college and never went back. My career as a dietitian took a turn and I decided my calling was to create my own biz for a food item that I love dearly - energy balls.
